April 6, 1978 Sunshine 60 Observatory and a part of the specialty store alpa opened. The same day, October 6 Sunshine City grand opening.

There is no entrance fee for Sunshine City. The exception is as follows. Sunshine Observation Deck, Aquarium, Planetarium and Namjatown will each have entrance fee ♪

Yes there is an entrance fee to the aquarium. 2,200 Yen for adults 1,200 Yen for elementary and highschool students and for 4 yrs.old below is 700 Yen .
